The Mic Loop [Original]

The Mic Loop is a 550 para-cord loop/Velcro construction which is designed to attach to your inner body armor and secured with the adjustment strap. The loop threads through the opening in your uniform shirt and hooks to the mic clip of the radio. Secured properly your mic WILL NOT COME LOOSE. Whether you are chasing a bad guy or caught in a scuffle, The Mic Loop will secure your radio mic.

    For the past four years, I have been using a hair tie and I would tie it around one of my buttons. I got into a scuffle one day and the button broke loose , my mic was tangled on the bad guy. I got lucky because a off duty officer stopped by and was able to assist me. I decided after that incident that I needed a better solution to securing my lifeline. After asking around one of my coworkers suggested this product. I have spread the word to the rookies coming in. Great product and will definitely buy another set in the near future.

    It works as designed. Does exactly what it claims to do and you can mount it in many ways. A little trial an error results in a perfect solution; no more mic attached to my uniform shirt!

    This product fulfills a simple yet vital task, keeping you “attached” you to comms, one can’t truly express how important that is and this product does just that, I will be telling all of my colleagues about this product it sells it’s self.     The Mic Loop works great ! See guys running to alarms at work and there Mic coming unhooked at times. Never have to worry about that again with this product.

    So I first bought the Mic Loop back in June 2017. Which could not have been more perfect timing. The first week I had it was in multiple foot pursuits and resisting here in ST. Louis. One foot pursuit I fell pretty damn hard lol anyways my Mic never moved and to this day still hasn’t it is a simple product that does its job extremely well and I never worry that I can’t key up when I need too!

    Tried this because my mic kept falling off especially if i got into a foot chase or fight. It's kept my mic in place since i put it on. It's easy to use and its not expensive.
